What is concrete leveling?
Using A-1’s patented system, we can put your concrete back on level and save you 50-70% off the cost of tearing it out and replacing it…and it’s ready to use the same day!
First, a minimum amount of holes are drilled in the sunken concrete. Next, A-1 pumping compound is pumped from our truck into each hole. The compound works hydraulically underneath the concrete, raising it back to it’s original position. Once the desired result is obtained, the holes are sealed off using a durable cement mixture. Then we clean up our mess and get out of your way.
Where can it be used?
A-1 Concrete Leveling can fix problems in all of these areas.
• Pool Decks
• All types of concrete
• Commercial & industrial uses
Why A-1 Concrete Leveling and Caulking?
Why is my concrete unleveled?
Concrete can become unleveled for many reasons. We often see water causing sandy soil to wash away or settle below the concrete and the concrete will fall. The settling is usually amplified by heavy foot or car traffic. We will occasionally install underground drainage from your downspouts to help prevent further settling.
Why level concrete instead of pouring new?
New concrete is certainly nice and has its advantages, but the biggest disadvantage is the price. Leveling can cost 3 or 4 times less than pouring new. You may also end up with an unsolved problem later on if you pour new. Leveling and caulking your concrete is faster and less expensive.
Why should I caulk my concrete?
Many concrete level problems come from water. Caulking your concrete cracks not only looks good, it helps prevent water from getting under your drive or sidewalk. It also helps prevent weeds and makes plowing or shoveling snow much easier.
